We have noticed TiviMate Version 4.6.1 (latest version) is having an issue updating VOD content, this issue can easelly be resolved by simply going into settings on your device and force stopping the TiviMate application. To do so, Please follow instructions below!

PLEASE NOTE: The instruction are for Amazon Firestick devices but are very similar on other devices.

  1. On your device (Firestick) home screen go to "SETTINGS"
  2. Now go down and click "APPLICATIONS"
  3. Go down and click "MANAGE INSTALLED APPLICATIONS"
  4. Now go down and click "TiviMate"
  5. Go down and click FORCE STOP"

Reopen your TiviMate application and use as normal! All VOD selections should be updated with latest content.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The instruction above may have to de done periodically until TiviMate Dev. can fix this issue for later versions!
